Pan Release Agents

Pan release agents are designed to ensure clean and consistent release of bakery products from pans, tins, sheets and trays. Our range covers the entire spectrum of bakery products, from yeast-raised to cakes, pies, pastry, biscuits and bars. Applications also include a wide range of high sugar content products beyond typical bakery items.

Masterol Foods’ pan release agents are designed to minimise the build-up of carbon and oil residue on baking pans. Our pan release agents are suitable for automatic and manual application and are compatible with all types of non-stick coatings including silicone and PTFE (e.g. Teflon).

Masterol Foods’ pan release agents are designed for industrial baking applications; however they can be modified to suit customer requirements, such as packing into aerosol cans for use in small bakeries and food service applications. Customised products are available on request, including the addition of flavors and colours to provide a point of differentiation and enhance the presentation of bakery products they are used in.

Our range of pan release agents include:

Bakerol: A creamy-white emulsion which is suitable for release of most yeast-raised baked foods.

Clearbake: A clear pan release agent designed for release of all kinds of bread and rolls, including higher sugar content bread styles.

Slipstream: High stability, universal release agent; suitable for all bakery products.

Supertreat: All purpose, broad spectrum pan release agents, suitable for the release of pies, pastries, biscuits, muffins and cakes.

Twinkle: Designed for application to tins and trays for the release of cakes, sponge cakes, fairy cakes, muffins, and other high sugar content products.
